Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful, and the guy at the reception chased after me just to provide details of which train to catch to get to the city centre and which stop to get off on. Super helpful. The room was also clean and comfortable, with beautiful views.

Positive: The location of the hotel suited us as being between the airport and the city with good access to both. The design of the hotel and bedroom was modern and a welcome change to other hotels in this price bracket. With a bank of car chargers on site, bringing an electric car would enable you to charge overnight. Staff were friendly and attentive
Negative: Unfortunately the hotel appeared empty at the time of our visit and the main restaurant wasn’t open so the food was limited to bar food (which was still nice)

Positive: I stayed at voco Brussels City North in Vilvoorde for one night (July 24–25), and everything was simply excellent 🙂 From the smooth check-in process to the parking arrangements, everything was very well organized. The room was fantastic – spacious, modern, and with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the great coffee ☕. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, fresh products, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day 🙂 Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Negative: Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to mention. Usually there are at least some small details when staying at hotels, but here everything was taken care of perfectly. From the parking, to the room, to the breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations 🙂
